Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Since these are fresh handmade food items, unfortunately they are not eligible for return. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us for a refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please note: we use Express shipping for all our orders however orders placed from Monday-Sunday are shipped out on Monday after the order cycle. If we have the stock available for orders made on a Monday before 11am, we are able to ship them then. If not, they will be in the next order cycle. 

We don't want orders to be stuck at AusPost over the weekend hence the mailing schedule. Please message/email us if you need them for a specific day so we can confirm if you will get them in time. We do not provide refunds if this mailing schedule was not read.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
